Just got a 10 piece. Went in and ordered. Asked how long and the young man who served us was very spacific on the time. We said we would be outside. We were sitting in the car and another worker brought us our order right to our car. He was very polite and told us to enjoy our food. No dine in, I wish it had a taco bell. The food is rarely good. The odd time you'll get something great. Portions are so small it's comical. They change their fries so often. The only thing I really enjoy now are the tenders. Everything else is snack size. A small popcorn chicken has been 4-5 pieces and the chicken itself is an embarrassment compared to other fried chicken place.The staff however have always been amazing. Service was as you'd expect. Service time under 10 minutes at dinner rush. The only reason they lost stars is the fries were under cooked (common corner to cut when busy in a restaurant) and we received 2 macaroni salad instead of a coleslaw and macaroni salad .
