We order here often. This is not the first time we was told 40 mins for our order then to be told its just going in oven so 10 more mins. Then after that additional 10mins is done told another 10 mins and takes an additional 10 on top that!! Should not take over a hour for one item and why keep saying its just in oven when clearly its not. Pathetic.
Im reposting this because the service is starting to suffer. We regularly get takeout on Fridays and its usually 30 min late. My time is also valuable and sitting around is not what is expected of a good restaurant.
I love pizza delight, because I LOVE their marinara sauce! What stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff. Down to earth! They were getting a table ready for a 70th birthday party for one of their regulars when we went. The fact I know that says a lot about their team! What also impressed me was how well the staff communicated with each other and their teamwork. ...as a manager I picked up on this 😂
