Superb friendly service from Eugene with eye to eye contact. Our order and satisfaction were his focus. Very personable. Fast efficient service from the sandwich artists. Food tastes great. I believe its a little crazy to call this a steak avacado wrap then charge for the avacado.... these prices are getting out of hand and when they put the cheese and avacado on it, it was so skimpy. Kind employee's though

Had a delicious foot long veggie sub made by a beautiful young Punjabi girl named Sukhpreet. Her subs seem to taste exceptionally good because they are made with love! Nice place to visit, always great service. No reason for me to go to another Subway location…

I just had one of the new subs on the menu, in the series. I had the Cuban Crunch sub, made by the recipe, The only thing I changed was the bread, and I got it on multi-grain, instead of white bread. It was a very delicious sandwich, I would highly recommend it. I fully intend, on trying most, if not all, of the new globally inspired subs.
Vegetarian options: They do have some vegetarian options and even more now than they used to.

Well I guess having it your way is a thing of the past. The new "signature" subs I was scolded for not wanting it toasted (as I was taking it to go and heat at home) . Also that the subs were to be made as listed no alterations. Including toasted. They made an "exception" for this time. So the sub was almost $20 and it was okay. The price was not okay. I'll stick to just a basic cheap cold cut if that's even cheap anymore. I used to enjoy subway when working on the road once in a while. Although I rarely have subway here in town, I doubt I'll be visiting this one after reading reviews online with hit or miss guidelines depending on the store if they'll alter the signature subs. Price wise and being told this at this location, ensures I most likely will take my money elsewhere.
