Tuesday, July 16th. I placed my order in the drive thru at 515pm. A medium smoothie and a muffin. I finally received my order at 540pm !!! There were only 2 cars in front of me. I have no idea how long the first one had been there, but they didn't seem to be happy when they left. I ordered a Smoothie,which was in a coffee cup and the muffin was not fully cooked in the middle. After I had paid, it took 5-10 mins to receive my order. The 2 guys working were very disorganized. Instead of waiting on one person and finishing their order, they were trying to serve more than one. I made eye contact with a lady waiting at the counter and she just shook her head. This is not the first time that the service has been extremely slow. At this particular Robyn's. I won't be back.

Just got home with an 8 pk of donuts and they were more like hockey pucks, went straight to the garbage. Obviously the workers don't care and want to rip people off, will never return to this location again, maybe the Heath inspectors need to check out this business.

If I could attach a picture I absolutely would, I have taken several. Recently moved to the area and never went there before, thought I'd give it a try. The wife got is each a breakfast sandwich and as soon as I opened it I saw the lettuce was not fresh, but I was hungry and it wasn't rotten so I figured I'd chow down since we were pretty busy. About halfway through eating it I looked at my next bite and noticed something a little odd. Turned out to be a bug that was in the lettuce. Will never eat here again. I'd advise anyone against it.

Long wait times, doesn't matter what you order it takes at least 10 minutes. Don't be shocked if you wait 20 minutes for a coffee. The wait comes from sandwich-making if someone orders a sandwich it backs the place up now if 2 people order sandwiches prepare for a 20-minute wait. Also if I'm waiting that long I don't want to stir my coffee, so bring a spoon. With the new construction and town homes comming to canning in the near future they need to get there wait times down significantley.
