“We went to the new Stretch Diner tonight for supper. Here's the scoop. The milkshakes are delicious, we had the chocolate and coffee ones, so good. We had the clubhouse with fries, excellent. The gravy on the side for the fries is a must. Chicken fingers and fries, my son cleaned the basket and he is a picky eater and loved it. I had the fish and chips....best fish and chips I have had in NS. Order extra tarter sauce, I could have drank it. It is homemade and is the perfect combined flavours. The fish batter is crispy, light and not greasy, not a bit of grease on my fingers. We brought home poutine for our other son and it was gone in minutes. The staff were friendly, attentive and made sure everyone was looked after. We will definitely be back, can't wait for the full menu to come out and for breakfast to start!
