What a find in Nova Scotia! Super cosy, great vibes, and staff and customers were so friendly. Felt like a real community hangout. Shoutout to Rachel, our server, she was so lovely and made us feel right at home. Now, on to the lobster roll: easily the best one I had. Marked down as a favourite!
Single traveler on a Saturday in Sept. location was great, food was good. Had the pantried haddock and chips, was good, medium sized plate. Service on the other hand..weak. Slow to seat or make contact, slow to table, slow to order. I guess it's not that's it slow if it's busy but more like the staff doesn't even want to interact and avoid you! I guess they think they are busy enough and don't really care. Would have been 4 stars except for the service.
The service at this restaurant was friendly and felt like home. We enjoyed their lunch special- 1/2 lobster roll with chowder.
