This Tim needs improvements, service ok and the washroom is broken, the floor was dirty when I arrived, so sad to see that many Tims are worsening

Quick stop in the drive thru with no line but I once again open my bagel a few km down the road and what do I find? I’m missing my cream cheese again. Par for the coarse timmies. The food gets pricier and the service gets crummier

Chester Tim Hortons is unacceptable, I go here everyday and they mess up my orders because they don’t listen to what I say. I went there for chili at 2 and they don’t have any I asked the people at the window if they just didn’t make it and they smiled and said I don’t know. After 4 o’clock there’s barely anything left and they don’t make anything new. They have took my order many times and waited till I got to the window to tell me they don’t have any. I’m just so fed up with this tim hortons they need to change things.

Food is decent 25% of the time the other 75% is either my ordered is completely wrong or old food that’s been left out all day i walked in one day and the whole staff was on their phones and wouldn’t take my order this tim hortons is by far one of the worst that i’ve been to in my life

This is a very slow store. The attendant taking orders doesnt even greet you, she just stares at you. No one was observed changing gloves and one person was handling cash and food with the same gloves potentially contaminating the other food orders. One person in the back was just standing around looking out the door. This person could have come out and assisted serving customers. This was around 8:45 in the morning so perhaps they were not awake yer. The drive through crew were bery busy and hard at work doing a great job.

So i just visited the same store 2.5 hours later. Same person staring at me, no hello, no smiles nothing. My coffee was made correctly this time but the cup wasnt even full. I would have tipped if there was good customer service. In the mean time i recieved a reply to my first submission. it was fast however it directed me to go to another URL and submit the complaint there. So why do you have a sign stating give us a review, when you have to take more time and repeat your comments again when you do. This is a further waste of time and additional aggravation. This system definitely makes people forget the whole issue and not comment due to the additional time and effort just to make a complaint.

It was pretty quick stop after a round of golf, but the service was slow

The messiest and most disorganised Tim Horton's I ever visited. They even messed up the order.

On Sunday, May 4th in the afternoon around 2:30 to 3 pm, service was unacceptable for any restaurant, let alone a quick service restaurant. I entered the drive thru line with 4 cars ahead of me to the speaker, no big deal that's not an unusual thing. I sat in that same spot for 15 minutes before moving. When I finally got to the speaker it took more than a minute for someone to even acknowledge that I was there to place an order. And then I had to say hello twice first. There are signs posted to have your payment ready for the window, but if you are paying cash how can you when they don't ring anything in and they don't tell you the price, they say come to the window. Then when you get to the window and they shove the debit machine at you without saying anything. They don't greet you or say hi when you get to the window.
The cashier that was taking orders needs a stool to sit on because she is always leaning on the cash register with her head in her hands ringing in orders. This is definitely not the first time this has happened.
I was there in the morning and the front lobby was closed and it was only drive thru open and the line was long but fast and I was thru the line in no time at around 9:30 am.
They ask you on a sign in the drive thru window to give them a good review, well Tim Horton's, Chester, NS this is as good as it gets. Until you get your act together and train your staff to greet customers, because we literally do pay your wages by being patrons of your business I will drive the extra 10 mins to go to Mahone Bay where the staff are always wonderful and greet you at the speaker even if they have to say that they will be right with me.

Can’t make any of the their orders right. Always getting rushed out without any sense or courtesy then they act like I’m the bad guy for messing up a simple food order.
