Very happy with the service here at Robins in Cheticamp. We wanted to get a small bit and a coffee during our Cabot Trail. Had a big line up, but they served us quickly.Employees were very calm and polite. Coffee and the sandwich were good.

Sign shows one price but when you get to take out window they charge you more which is wrong if price when up a while ago then they should up date it. Otherwise legally what sign states is what customer should pay.

Coffer is always different consistency good some days bad other days. Food is not cooked well bagels etc are always under cooked ask for well cooked and still not. Donuts are horrible and are soggy or dried out. ?

I was surprised by the quality of the food. I had a double chocolate donut, which was large and moderately sweet, which made it better than Tim Hortons for me. The coffee was toasty and nutty. Great.I can see why people write angry reviews though. They were almost sold out of donuts around noon. You have to go in early to actually get what you want.

Robins Cheticamp was the worst possible coffee experience ever. The « capuccinos » tasted like instant diabeties and caramel but not like coffee, a bit of a shame for a coffee order. They did not have the gluten free items advertised on the menu. The coffee was at such boiling heat it has injured my friend. The local customers were despisable and unwelcoming even though one could think their drinks would make them sweet.If you read this, please save your self some time and money and abstain from the urge of going to Robins.Vive la république et vive le café français

No DONUTS! Granted, they were open for business before their displayed hours (would have been nice to know... we could have started our Cabot Trail trek earlier) and their coffee is pretty good BUT NO DONUTS! They had what they called a cinnamon roll (absolutely no cinnamon taste... it was soft bread in a cinnamon roll shape with icing slapped on top), cookies (oatmeal raisin was pretty good) and a few muffins to choose from.
No non-dairy milks at all, and the coffee tastes like it has been at the bottom of the thermos for a few days. Disappointed and had to pour it out.Dietary restrictions: No non-dairy options.

I walked there but dining room was closed. I stood in the drive thru line and they just ignored me. I was there for several minutes and there was a long line of cars forming behind me. I finally just left. Lots of other bad reviews for poor service so I wasn’t surprised at all.
