It’s definitely finger licking something because went through the drive-through not a napkin in the bag not a fork to eat with. I asked for extra ketchup and I got one, seven Lil popcorn chicken pieces, in an over $20.00 four piece meal. The chicken must’ve took a beating because the wing bones are broken half. The lumpy watered down gravy had no taste., really. Sorry KFC Colonel Sanders must be rolling over in his grave. This is hands-down the worst takeout meal I’ve ever had that being said the Nova Scotia seagulls loved it. Sorry I’ll never go back KFC used to be my favourite now. I won’t consider it too bad sorry I would’ve taken some pictures, but my hands were so full of grease. I couldn’t hold my phone.

The blonde girl with the glasses ( I believe she is a supervisor) is completely unfair with her staff. Yelling at them in a way that isn’t appropriate in a workplace, it seems as if she has a tendency to be completely unprofessional and unfair. These types of people should not be managing staff.

I asked and PAID for gravy. Asked the girl if it was in the bag. She said yes so I didnt check. We get home and no gravy... tried calling and they don't answer just hangs up!

Went today to get some chicken , order the chicken paid for it went to fill up my cup and they come and tell there’s no chicken for 20 minutes!!! Why did they wait till I ordered and paid to tell me this !! But they were still takings orders for the drive through tho !!! So I guess my order took a step back from the drive through ones !!! Not impressed what’s so ever !!!

Customer service is great but waiting on food takes way to long, maybe they should focus on getting food to the customers rather then chatting with coworkers

Terrible service. I waited 25 minutes inside and they hadn’t even started my order. Staff only cared about drive-thru customers and completely ignored people inside. This is unacceptable and shows no respect for customers’ time. Won’t be coming back. At last i didn’t even get my order and had to ask for refund.

I ordered a zinger combo I was told it would be 7-10 min wait for the chicken. Which I agreed to wait. After 12 min they brought out my food.
I arrived home and they didn't even put the sandwich i just waited 10 min for in my bag.
So I drove all the way back.
They refused to refund me, was told there was no manager on duty for another 2 days and they will call me then. The lady I delt with at the counter was talking about things un related to my issue. She was confused and refused to listen to me the 4 times i repeated what my issue was.
To top it off there was another item (second order fries) that was incorrect.
So wasted 20 min of a 30 min break.

Picked up the 10 piece bucket with fries, coleslaw and gravy. I haven’t had Kfc in years because I haven’t enjoyed it since they changed the fries and gravy. They have now changed the coleslaw as well.
The whole meal was the most disgusting and disappointing meal I think Ive ever had.
The way they cut their chicken is crazy. I had a thigh that had no meat on it. The batter was horrible, the fries were gross. What a waste of money. $40 and I threw away the coleslaw, the rest of the fries, and probably the gravy at some point. I don’t know what to do with the rest of the chicken.
Just totally disgusted. I will never eat KFC again .
So sad that this place has gone so downhill

Place a order, paid for add ons to sandwich. But none of it was placed on my sandwiches but yet I was charged. Nobody can read a screen, in coldbrook.

Did you know that KFC has a plant based chickn burger? Oh, the irony.

It is actually super delicious. I get the spicy mayo. Extra. EXTRA.

It is what you expect - fairly greasy. You'll want to take a nap afterward. But if you're plant based / vegan / vegetarian or just want to try something different, it definitely hits the spot.

Be warned: it takes 6 mins to cook and they'll ask you to park, every time. At least you know it's fresh!

I don’t know why the girl with glasses so rude for no reason. All we said wait for sec we deciding she didn’t came back for good time , and once she came went back again , thanks to guyy working in kitchen for takin my order.
And same girl give me my food didn’t even ask if i want anything in bag.
She handed me bag i said “ Thankyou so much”
She didnt even bothered.
Just saw recent reviews i can see it now.

Just went in there was completely ignored I was only person in there. The lady just glared at me didn't say nothing or acknowledge me for 3 minutes. Then walked away from the counter. Came back a couple minutes later asked me what I wanted. I forgot it was a holiday yesterday and thought today was Monday so it ordered the $5 sandwich from then she's informed me that it was a different sandwich and I was humming,and told her I didn't want that I was looking at the menu. she just walked away. That pissed me off so I just walked out. Extremely rude and unprofessional manner in my opinion.
