Wow the manager is extremely rude with no management skills. No customer service. 1st and last time here

Picked up the 10 piece bucket with fries, coleslaw and gravy. I haven’t had Kfc in years because I haven’t enjoyed it since they changed the fries and gravy. They have now changed the coleslaw as well.
The whole meal was the most disgusting and disappointing meal I think Ive ever had.
The way they cut their chicken is crazy. I had a thigh that had no meat on it. The batter was horrible, the fries were gross. What a waste of money. $40 and I threw away the coleslaw, the rest of the fries, and probably the gravy at some point. I don’t know what to do with the rest of the chicken.
Just totally disgusted. I will never eat KFC again .

Place a order, paid for add ons to sandwich. But none of it was placed on my sandwiches but yet I was charged. Nobody can read a screen, in coldbrook.

Did you know that KFC has a plant based chickn burger? Oh, the irony.

It is actually super delicious. I get the spicy mayo. Extra. EXTRA.

It is what you expect - fairly greasy. You'll want to take a nap afterward. But if you're plant based / vegan / vegetarian or just want to try something different, it definitely hits the spot.

Be warned: it takes 6 mins to cook and they'll ask you to park, every time. At least you know it's fresh!

I don’t know why the girl with glasses so rude for no reason. All we said wait for sec we deciding she didn’t came back for good time , and once she came went back again , thanks to guyy working in kitchen for takin my order.
And same girl give me my food didn’t even ask if i want anything in bag.
She handed me bag i said “ Thankyou so much”
She didnt even bothered.

Just went in there was completely ignored I was only person in there. The lady just glared at me didn't say nothing or acknowledge me for 3 minutes. Then walked away from the counter. Came back a couple minutes later asked me what I wanted. I forgot it was a holiday yesterday and thought today was Monday so it ordered the $5 sandwich from then she's informed me that it was a different sandwich and I was humming,and told her I didn't want that I was looking at the menu. she just walked away. That pissed me off so I just walked out. Extremely rude and unprofessional manner in my opinion.

Waited for quite a while, the staff was watching me through the window, but wouldn't take my order for some reason. I think they were up to something. I left without ordering

Just ordered a 6 piece with 2 side . The worst chicken I have ever seen. 6 pieces so small 2 two thighs and 4 pieces that looks like wings cut in two . So hard it was not fit to eat. Most have been in the warmer for hours . Will never go back to this location.

I went to kfc in coldbrook on Thursday April 11th I was on break so I went to kfc to grab lunch. I waited for my food for about a half hour or maybe little longer. I ordered gravy to go with my fries. When I got my order I went back to work, thankfully I had time to go back because I had no fries.I went back and got my fries they upsized my fries for the inconvenience and gave me another gravy which was wonderful! But the fries were cold.If anyone was on a timed break they would have had to leave their food just to go back to work and they wouldn’t even have time to talk to anyone about it.I would give the one guy who was working there a 10 if I could because he was the one fixing peoples orders fixing things that was being ran wrong and fixing orders as they were being rung in and working drive thru !

Would give 0 stars if I could worst service ever and most unorganized staff I have ever seenPlaced my order and waited over 40 min for a poutine and a chicken sandwichThe whole time we were waiting all we could hear was the staff very loudly trying to figure out witch order went whereAnd when they couldn't find where the orders went one girl just took the food to her car then came back in and continued to pack food orders without washing her handsDefinitely will not be returning to this location again

KFC is one of my favorite places to eat. Seen they have new chicken nuggets, so I thought I'd try them....it was a joke, they should advertise them has bit size nuggets, cause that's all they were. kFC in coldbrook.
