Worse establishment in Nova Scotia , they do not listen when you order you have to say it three times and they still screw up check your food make sure it’s there and a hot chocolate without whip cream is not a cup of frothy warm milk , disgusting even had to go inside to get it fixed and that was after my second time through the drive through so they could fix their mistake and they made me feel like it was my faut for being their customer 🤬

On a trip to Halifax I stopped at this McDonald's where previously I had no issues. It took over 10 minutes to get someone to cash - despite the person looking at me standing there and instead went back to chat with someone before coming up to cash. I gave the young man $3.00 in quarters to pay for a portion of my meal. He punched in $2.65 and gave me back a nickel. I was too shocked to take it up with the cashier. My sausage sandwich - was amazingly hot but the English muffin on the bottom was not even half a side of the English muffin.
Will stop in again but will be sure to check my food before I leave and to call the cashier out next time.

Usually hit this location on the way home from Halifax. Typically drivethru. Decided to go in yesterday instead around 8pm. Place was filthy. Fruit flies in the ketchup, flies buzzing around you while you eat. Tables not wiped. Bathrooms disgusting. Had to go back up to the counter twice for forgotten items and there were 2 others at the counter complaining of mistakes. Long story short i wont be back. Could have been an off day. Regardless im done with their mc garbage.

Very slow service, I got my food after 10-15 mins even it was ready. THEY NEED MORE STAFF. Only one person on counter to take orders and same person serving orders. Got my order when it’s gets cold also they didn’t gave me fork with poutine.

very slow service i wait over 25 min to get my food not happen first time 3 time in a row. Minimum waiting time to get the order is 20 to 30 min. so try new minas McDonald they give fast and service.
