Was there on 14 Dec 2024, walk in for take out. Was only 3rd in cue after ordering through electronic panel, but was there for almost 25 minutes before getting our order. Several others arriving after us and also ordering through the electronic panel were served before us. After getting our order up the highway we go only to discover the coffee was lukewarm warm, so probably was poured when order went through and 25 minutes later would be only lukewarm warm. Most disturbing was that there was no egg in the sausage and egg mcmuffin that we ordered and paid for. I wanted to turn back but wife persuaded me to drive on. The counter staff was definitely understaffed, all emphasis seemed to be on drive thru! But that is no excuse for cold coffee and orders incomplete! Will never stop there again!

So last evening I got my online order and they over salted my fries filled my small drink halfway and took the grunge off the grill and slathered it on my burger bun. They did this last spring but when I went through the drive thru. I got to the next window and the girl ran to the cooks and got them to do this exact same thing to my order. I had to go to the second window while she did this. Not only have they not fired this health and safety risk but I have wasted 30$ just to get her and the cook staff to deliberately mess with my order again. I don't even know these people. I will be contacting a lawyer. I was scared to eat my food because of what they did to my food. That is unacceptable

Ordered both types of poutine, both were less than 1/2 full and boxes were smashed Waste of your money, employees were more focused on fooling around then doing thier job

Waited for 8 minutes at the drive thru speaker no one answered … so i drove off… had low blood sugar needed to get food they wasted time i needed to find food… ended up needing to take my expensive rescue meds

Ordered a medium coffee with 1 cream and a fruit and fiber muffin. Muffin was not fresh. Coffee was god awful! Only able to drink a few sips. It was BAD!
I stop in every Saturday morning around the same time. Same order every time. Always good. Except for today...

Oh thank you Macdonald's for all the grinch meals and treats omg that frozen hot chocolate mcflurry.. well I'm afraid this season something's gonna grow 3 sizes bigger yup my waist line never mind the heart...that's how good it tastes!!

I always have problems with this location but this was the worst. My husband works at McDonald’s & wanted to try the new grinch meal but we were closer to this location. The grinch meal with nuggets is $11.99 as stated on the sign, it comes with the new shaker fries & the socks, right? Well they had 5 of them trying to figure it out because the till wasn’t working apparently. He’s supposed to get a 50% discount so they were trying to work it out. They decided to charge him for a regular 10 pc which is 11.99- same price right! Wrong. He then got up charged .80 for the fries & then had to make a $3 donation for the socks. HUH?! And .60 for mayo which is supposed to be free when you get fries. He was over charged & this is discussing. You’re literally stealing from your workers & customers. Do better. Not happy at all & I will gladly always make the couple minute drive to new Mina’s before ever coming to this location again.

I had to wait 24 minutes for apple pies. They didn't let me know it would take that long. If I had known I would have gotten something else. My food was cold by the time I got it.
They also neglect serving the frot counter for other people waiting.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. First I had to wait close to 10 minutes for someone to come take my order. Made my order for dine in, was given a locator and was told to sit down someone would find us. No one came. Went to see where the order was and she gave me cold food. Brought it back and asked for it to be made again. The line cook said "I just made that". Also asked for coke no ice. She gave me one with ice. Told her I didn't want ice. She said do you want me to do you a new one? I said yes... That's what I asked for. Manager came out to apologize and asked what he could do. I told him he has the worst McDonald's I've ever been in and he has a horrible rating online and all I want was my order made right and hot. While I was eating I watched the fries cook take all the stale fries from the top that fell out of the fries boxes and push them into the bin to scoop for the next group of orders. Keep in mind I've now been there about 30 to 40 minutes so those fries are old! Don't stop in Coldbrook, go to New Minas instead.

Absolute trash service. Dinning in given a number and told to find a seat. Thats normal. Cool with that. Not cool with the fact they lost our order and it took over 20 min for us to get in touch because no one at the cash til any more.
