Only 2 employees on shift for 6pm supper rush time. 1 employee on drive thru, the other on customer service and online orders. Staff where stressed at being over worked. When it finally became my turn for service, it was bad. The employ would not listen to a single thing I wanted done for my sandwich.. So, it became very surprized when I asked for another sub to be made the way that I actually want it.. Not just any old way he wanted to make it.. After all it is subway and suppose to be made your way!!!

Wish there was zero star to give. I spent $15 for my food and got stomach sick after few minutes, I called the store and they were not even sorry they said we do our temps on food so it not us. I reported to health NS as well

NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. We ordered chicken noodle soup and a veggie sub from the store and five minutes later we both started throwing up. I called back to report and she did not trust us plus made me feel as I was trying to make up story for something. I didn’t even ask for money back all I wanted to tell was food is bad and could make others sick too. She said did you go to doctor I said not yet she said well let us know if you get that sick and go in for check up. Ridiculous. Anyways they said a manager will check on me and it’s been few weeks and no one cared to follow up. I would never go back here.

Could not be a worse subway in existence. The employees are falling over each other trying to make your food and everyone else's at the same time
The two chicken wrap we got were the size of your thumb it was all wrap and no meat or veggies .
Waste of money and time your better off going to foodland and getting a sandwich

We ordered one 6" and one 12" at the drive through today, May 13th, 2024 and get home and see that we've been charged for one 6" and one 12" and actually received two 6" and so I called the location (Coldbrook), it rings a bunch of times and then you get a fax machine tone (I tried twice to call). It just irritates me to no end that you can't get a simple order straight. And we pay for the privilege including a freaking tip. Stuff is expensive enough these day. We just over paid by about $10. Measly right? Why write a one star review? Because I'm fed up with lousy food and service.
Subway Coldbrook is the cleanest, friendliest place around. I prefer to go in as the staff really care that you have a great experience. It’s actually fun, they pay attention to every detail!!
