Stopped in to get an iced Capp on my way home. While waiting I couldn’t help but notice the amount of flies buzzing around. I was here on Friday specifically on the Wendy’s side for supper and hadn’t noticed them. On the Tim’s side I counted at least 12 flies mostly sitting on the menu displays. I waited about 10 minutes with 3 people in front of me with small orders. When I was near the counter I could smell something sour. Iced Capp was given to me with iced Capp all down the side of the cup.

Parking: Building has two restaurants in it each with its own drive thru. No way to enter the building without crossing a drive thru. Not very friendly to those with accessibility needs. Plenty of parking, more spots on the Wendy’s side.

Not a huge Tim's fan, but ended up there the other day.

The good: Service was quick and my order was correct.

The bad: (deleted) I assure you, what I had here originally would easily be fixed by increasing wages to at least what is considered a living wage in ns.

It's ok .. Tried the new pizza ..hardly any toppings compared to what's advertised. Not worth 7.99 compared to what I get at my fav pizza place.

The main area is usually clean but the washroom is continuously unkept. I’ve brought this up to staff on numerous occasions, and have emailed customer service, but to no avail. The washroom needs a deep clean so that the floors are not greasy, and the toilet is not stained.

Food and service were fair. The building was a mess. Food and debris all over the floor and most tables were not washed with food debris on most! Hand sanitiser was empty and when we questioned a worker, she did not know who was responsible for getting us some? This chain of stores learned nothing from the pandemic with respect to disease transfer and cleanliness

Service ok but cleanliness of the floors in the dining room and toilets poor. The changing table was dirty and the floors were greasy and slippery.

Food was cold and the service was terrible and very slow and there is so many bugs there do not suggest go to this Tim’s and it smelled like a public bathroom in there that Tim’s needs to be cleaned very well
