The completely unprofessional behaviour of some of the employees brings down the entire restaurant experience. It was so bad I made complaints to corporate, that was two and one week ago with no reply from Wendy's. I would recommend not eating at this location until they figure things out.

Went through drive thru and ordered my typical order. But the chicken in my wraps was HARD and very discolored like it was left out for an hour or more before being put into the wraps! Needed this meal bc i struggle with food as it is but now its ruined and I cant go back tonight. So disappointed 😭 not even a full piece of chicken and look at the discolouration! One piece of lettuce and pinch of shredded cheese.

We were given a mix of cold chicken nuggets and broken chicken tenders pieces, cold fries, and the wrong drinks. We paid and then we’re told they had no chilli cheese fries, we were not offered a refund. This was not a busy time, we were the only car in the drive thru. When asking about the drinks we were told that’s just what they are now. Strawberry lemonade was what we ordered, we were given bright red soft drinks of some sort. Typically wouldn’t complain but the service was awful.

⭐ 1/5 Disappointing experience. The service was incredibly slow, with a long wait even though it wasn’t that busy. To make things worse, the self-serve drink machine was completely empty. No staff seemed to care or offer to refill it. Definitely not the fast food experience I was expecting.
Go there all the time, they haven’t screwed my order up yet like MacDonalds. The spicy chicken burger is awesome.

There’s a girl who wears spectacles at cash counter who’s straight up a rude person. She was super rude to me and 2-3 other customers while i was waiting for my order. She shouldn’t be on the cash counter 👎🏻
