Did not get my order correct and when they remade it, it was cold as were the fries 🍟. The tables were almost ALL dirty and in need of cleaning. I used to love this Wendy's...not now though.
Just got the two can dine for $16.99 deal and the burgers were basically raw. Also got the wrong drink in the order. As this was a take out order I’m not driving the distance to return the food. First time in years going to Wendy’s and this will be my last. No receipt with the order so couldn’t file a complaint on line and the restaurant is not answering their phone. 0/10 Simply horrible!

If I could give this store a zero I would, not a single hairnet in sight for the people dealing with the food, only two people had them on, even the manager who came in first didn't wash their hands and no hairnet, as someone who works in fast food in a very busy location, you should know how important a hairnet is and washing your hands! Especially after your break, also the entire place was disgusting and not clean at all, the drink dispenser had caked on stains and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks, upper management needs to completey revamp the team here, i also watched this girl stand for 30 minutes to get her food, it was not busy and nothing was moving, i waited 40 minutes for a simple burger meal, i will definitely never return to this god awful location

Serving rotten potatoes and Luke warm chili.. not cool Wendy’s !! Ask for sour cream, didn’t get it. This potato can make you very Ill if eaten. Check you food before serving it to paying customers.

The Wednesday meal was too weird for me. The mystery sauces were disgusting.
I asked for no ketchup.. I said it was very important there is no ketchup on my burger.. we get home I unwrap the burger and its swimming with ketchup.. ruined my whole meal. 😒

Clearly whoever is managing this location needs to spend more time instructing staff and ensuring proper guidelines are being followed because the complaints and bad experiences are not new! We ordered food for a family of 5, everything was cold, and dried out including the fries! I had the cob salad, I received all of the ends of the tomatoes that were scrap from burgers and they weren’t even chopped up, bacon was whole, and so was the lettuce! I had to tear it all up myself in order to be able to eat it! The chicken was rock hard and inedible. The salad ALONE was $10 - pathetic!
