Today i went this place for dinner. Honestly i’m very disappointed of this restaurant Management. I don’t know who is this guy. He is a owner or chef but literally he is a garbage person in this Restaurant. He taught he is big qualified chef. Literally for me he is a Snake in that Restaurant. I like the product but it is not fast. I ordered at 5.26 pm and didn't get my food until 6.22 pm. And I was standing there for 20 min watching 4 people doing all kinds of stuff incl cleaning before the girl who'd told me it would be 2 minutes gets fries out and loads the frier. This was the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered and they hadn't started until I walked in to pick it up 25 min after ordering.

Everytime I have been here, I have never been unsatisfied. I love the food here. Great atmosphere and awesome food. Would highly recommend.

Poor experience today. Need better staff training. My friends burger was given to someone else in a take out order. Had to wait another 15 minutes. I had the tacos in a combo. Girl asked me if I wanted cheese or quac on my chips, I opted for cheese . After I recieved my tacos and drink cup I asked for the chips, I was then told they would be extra... Really!?!? Very poor service.
Probably won't return here.

This place used to be THE place to go for great burgers. I went here alot in the past but as it got more expensive my visits became less frequent. Unfortunately they have gone downhill badly. I ate here last night and the hamburger meat had the taste and texture of a frozen pre-made patty. They used to be hot and messy with grease dripping everywhere, now they are just warm and dry. You can get a better tasting burger at Wendy's.

Very friendly staff. Easy location to get to in the Dartmouth area. Came in mid afternoon so not many people inside. Awesome place to eat. 3 restaurants to choose from in the same location right next to Get Air. Definitely coming back!

I ordered a basic poutine and a basic burger just to test out the place and it was alright. It definitely seems a bit overpriced for what I got, but it could've been an off day for them, it might be better on a slow day as they would have more time to make the food.
