“Old friend brought me here for a quick to-go lunch while I was visiting and I had to come back for lunch the next day. Their special spicy chicken sandwich was phenomenal, staff were very friendly and their seating area on the side was casual with a diner type of aesthetic that left us happy and full. I will dream of their Mac and cheese until I’m back in NS“

“Deliciously crispy, slightly spicy, salty fried chicken! I’ve had their wings, the quarter leg, and the chicken sandwich. The meat is seasoned so well and the batter is slightly thick but it makes for an amazing crunch. It is a little bit spicy but I love it that way. The place is small with limited seating, it’s more of a takeout place but they do package their food really well so it does not go soggy. This is my go to for wings. If you’re lucky you’ll get an extra wing ;)“

“Was the best chicken 🐔 I've had in along time! Remember them days getting KFC back in the 80's well this place tastes like that! Everything down to the Mac salad!! Love the food!! 50 for 2 people to eat is alot if you ask me but definitely worth a good meal!!“

“I had a 2 piece meal for lunch today. The chicken was crispy on the outside and the meat was juicy. The coleslaw was good as well. Honestly, I hesitated to go there when I read the comments but I'm glad that I gave it a try because both the food and the service were good! It's $14.49 for a 2 piece meal before tax, things are getting more expensive these days.“

“Personally, I love MB’s Chicken. The seasoning is spot on, and the sides are really yummy. Ever since I discovered them in Halifax, I stopped going to KFC. The quality is always consistent even though a bit pricy, but you get what you pay for. I hope they will continue to maintain this quality for a long time as I will be coming back very often.“
