“Hats off to the KFC team here, I'm an occasional customer, and when I went in this evening to order, the team was getting yelled at by a gentleman for his chicken sizes being too small. They were very good at explaining to him and showing him the sizes (even with the language barrier of the staff) and gave him an extra piece to satisfy him. After he left with his extra piece and I ordered, he came BACK, and demanded more chicken.Pat on the back for this team, I know its not their fault pieces are smaller than they used to be, but they handled themselves well. I have always had great service if you talk nicely and treat them with respect.“

“Today I went their it was great pleasure to speak one of the managers (Satwant) he has very good customer skills, I ordered boneless chicken it was so Awesome and yummy and they gave me fresh fries, Usually I like the mcd fries but this fries are more crispy. “Old friend brought me here for a quick to-go lunch while I was visiting and I had to come back for lunch the next day. Their special spicy chicken sandwich was phenomenal, staff were very friendly and their seating area on the side was casual with a diner type of aesthetic that left us happy and full. I will dream of their Mac and cheese until I’m back in NS“

“Always loved KFC, but the quality and portions sizes have decreased so much it is not worthwhile anymore. The fries are too seasoned and dried out, tiny little pieces of Uber greasy chicken, and the salads are terrible. Do better KFC. Customers deserve better than mediocre.“
