KFC provides decent fast food with occasional delays in online orders. The staff handles customer complaints professionally, even in difficult situations. While the food can be greasy, the drive-thru service is generally fast and pleasant. Despite some inconsistencies, the team strives to satisfy customers, often going the extra mile to resolve issues.
