Always like coming to this location even though it’s further out.
Staff are always nice and the service is always great.
I like how they make the Dipped Cones here. I find other locations make the cones slanted which makes it messy to eat. The ice cream also doesn’t melt as quickly when I get it from here.

Went to pick up an ice cream cake. Paid an extra $8 to have a scanned image added to the cake. The image came out a slightly different color than we expected, and the bottom half inch of the image was blurred and could not see it. Other than that, it was okay. The person who worked the cash register had a difficult time understanding simple English instructions (for example: I'm here to pick up a cake. The name is ___________). He had to go get a supervisor, and it took another...
