I was on a road trip to Halifax when we broke in and ended up getting completely stuck inside the restaurant (Still inside the car). Food was good though. Guy named Niel had to teleport us out using his god-like skills.

5 stars! we are stuck in internet roadtrip in this house and I LOVE IT!

I ordered pad Thai for myself and my daughter for takeout last night (June 7th.)

When I arrived, they were saying that I had not placed an order there, and perhaps it was the other location.

I said no, it was kings warf and told them exactly what time it was ordered.
They found the order in their system, and apologized that it wasn’t ready.

I said no trouble, we have to go to an event so we will just get a refund. They had to talk to their manager and said it would be refunded.

I check my account this morning, it still hadn’t been refunded.
After phoning four times when they opened and phones not being answered, myself and my daughter went back down.

The server was arguing with me that the refund would be issues through the bank in 3-5 days. I explained that I’ve had refunds issued on the same day within minutes from other places.
She was arguing with me, saying they would not refund me through their debit terminal.

I was getting annoyed at this point, after ten minutes of going back and forth. I said this is ridiculous, you’re refusing to give me a refund for a service that was supposed to be provided.

Finally after discussing with her coworkers behind the kitchen line, they told her she could issue me a refund over the debit terminal. She returned and told me I would be losing 11% of the cost.

I said absolutely not. This was your guys mistake, I’m not losing money for your debit terminal service fees.

Finally, disgruntled, she offered to give me cash.

As a business owner myself, this is absolutely horrible customer service.

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten here and I really miss it, so I called to make a reservation today and found that it’s really not as good as before.
First of all, the operator had a bad attitude. He spoke very fast and hung up before I finished speaking. I thought it was because he was busy during the holidays, but when I arrived at the store, I found that there were only a few tables occupied. The food delivery was slow. It took more than half an hour after I ordered something to arrive. It was missed more than once and I had to wait several times.
The waiter was inefficient. Several tables had already finished eating and left for a long time. The leftovers were always left uncollected. No one came to ask if I needed more water. I wanted a drink, but the waiter came and went in a hurry. He put the rice on the table and turned around. They left without taking away the dirty dishes or giving me a chance to stop them. Especially when they took their lunch break, they sat next to me, and then they finished eating without clearing away the dishes. The plates were left there for almost an hour before anyone took them away.
I wanted to order the food, but finally I made eye contact with a waiter and waved, and he brought me the bill. Compared with before, the difference is huge. I didn't even want to leave a tip, but the waiter stared at me when paying the bill without any intention of avoiding it. Won't go there again, not recommended

I recently dined at Jukai and was blown away by the experience! The food is truly the best in downtown—each dish is bursting with flavor and made with fresh ingredients. After my wonderful dine-in experience, I decided to order takeout, and I was pleasantly surprised by the fancy packaging. It made the meal feel special, even at home. The staff clearly puts a lot of care into their service, ensuring that every detail is perfect. If you're in the area, don't miss out on this gem! Highly recommend!

I ordered 20 dishes and the remaining 4 dishes were served. I waited for more than 20 minutes and 666 was not served. The waiters were very busy and I don’t know what they were doing. But just ignore them and they were busy. Is there only one person serving the dishes in the kitchen? Are you worried about being so slow? You are really invincible. There are so many things to do in the bird store. You can do it but you can’t do it. During the waiting time, my spirit, my stomach, and my life have been tortured in three ways. The Buddha said that planting good deeds will lead to good deeds. I feel like I did too many bad things in my previous life before I ate at this restaurant in this life. I really want to sentence you to death for making a hungry person wait for so long. The crime can write a book. If you ask me, this place is still good for eating. Too few people have gotten used to this. Anyone who can wait is a hero. Haha, I admire you very much. I hope it will close down and let everyone know about it.
