Fantastic sushi, miso and seaweed salad! The portion sizes were enormous and everything was so fresh and tasty. This was my first time getting takeout from Jukai and it definitely won't be my last!

We LOVE this spot. My fave sushi in HRM. Free and paid parking on the street. Sometimes a wait for service, but just remember to click a service request on the tablet ... they will get to you eventually.

Weekends you can indulge in all you can eat buffet. Yum!

Long wait in restaurant, They seem to prioritize skip the dishes drivers they stand in line near our table. Many of the driver come in dirty and dishevelled
Food was mediocre at best. Finally, after customers left their tables, the tables were never cleaned off by staff. By the time we left every table had dirty dishes on them, explains why they had no clean forks to give us and had to give us plastic forks..

When I crave sushi in Dartmouth, this is the place to go! It’s a bit pricey, but worth every morsel. Everything is fresh, the portions are generous and the staff quick and kind. I get serious tuna fish cravings, and theirs is a good selection. The plating is as beautiful as the taste is satisfying.
They do get busy on weekends though, so if you want to enjoy peace and quiet, hit them up weekdays.
Nite that while the are is nice, parking is hit and miss- I usually park a few blocks away and walk.

If The closing time is at 10 PM, I expect to come in at 9 PM and be served as a normal guest, not being told that the kitchen is closing.

3 of us went and we thought the food was delicious. We were coming from Toronto on vacation and this was definitely better than most of the sushi buffets we ate there.

I would say it's probably because of where the fish is sourced/freshness but other non fish dishes like chicken kaarage and deep fried milk were also better.

Parking was really hard to find though, we had to walk quite a bit but we were probably unlucky given it was a holiday

We went here with friends and this place is good for sushi. We all ordered food from the all you can eat menu, some things never arrived except some that at the end even after we had our sweets we had some chicken and sushi coming. My husband ordered some salmon sushimi which arrived at the end but the rice were tasting super old.not Overall it was a great experience and we did enjoy this. It is still a great place to try.

I picked up a food order through the Too Good To Go app. The participants are reducing food waste by offering their excess at a discount. You have no idea what you will receive.

This goodie bag consisted of miso soup, spring rolls, pork dumplings and a Maki sushi assortment. The Maki was half deep fried and half regular. The deep fried rolls were smaller than the other option. So they came in two rows of four and the rest of three.

The appetizers were delicious and cooked to a high standard. The sushi was fresh and tasty, too. It was a different experience with the inclusion of cream cheese and cooked chicken ingredients. But they did work with the overall flavour.

Both the spring rolls and pork dumplings came with dips. Unfortunately the sushi had nothing. No soya sauce, wasabi, pickled ginger or even chopsticks. If not for that omission this would have been a five star review.

Great quality AYCA sushi place, with a great view on the harbor.

Hopefully, it will be much better when they are finished with the construction on King's Wharf.

Kampai! Enjoy!
