Hats off to the KFC team here, I'm an occasional customer, and when I went in this evening to order, the team was getting yelled at by a gentleman for his chicken sizes being too small. They were very good at explaining to him and showing him the sizes (even with the language barrier of the staff) and gave him an extra piece to satisfy him. After he left with his extra piece and I ordered, he came BACK, and demanded more chicken.Pat on the back for this team, I know its not...
