I pre-ordered fries, tenders and gravy from the KFC in Cole Harbour to have ready for 7pm and still had to wait 15 minutes for it. I ordered at 6:15. When I got there they weren't busy so I don't know why the wait. They didn't apologize. What's the point of pre-ordering with an arranged pick up time if they can't follow through? Very disappointed.

Don't . Just don't. Ordered 2 single items and 1 combo. We ended up with 3 combos. Mistakes happen. Then we walked around and had to pick the cleanest table out of the dirty ones. We asked for a couple napkins and cleaned it ourselves. Our food came and a short couple minutes later, my wife found a hair in it. We were done. About 60 percent of the food was thrown back in the bag by me and brought to the front. I didn't even ask for my money back I was so done with this place. They gave my wife 3 pieces of chicken trying to make up for it. Not sure where that is and I don't want to know. The people were friendly, but the ball was dropped so many times. I paid about $40.00 for this whole fiasco. Ironically, we went to this one because Fairview is worse. I'm starting to think fast food in general is just a waste of money. Never again.

Most disorganized business i have been in. I was the only one in line and waited 10 minutes for the pink-haired girl to take my order. She was too busy with Uber Eats drivers and on her phone. The three orders picked up before me were all wrong and the place was chaos. Don't recommend!!
