Had a bad earache and needed some ramen! Googled noodles and found this place.Amazing quality ramen noodles that were cooked very well - straight noodles that absorbed so much flavour while still being elastic and el dante firm. Had the biggest pork belly slices I've ever had. Broth was flavourful, perfect if you can't have much hot spice. I have only gotten takeout so far but even that was way beyond my expectations. I am addicted to the pork and cabbage pan fried dumplings and the juicy pork dumplings. Reminds me of the ones I had in Toronto that I’ve been dreaming of. Finally there is a place close to home I can get my fix.
