I would like to send a huge THANK YOU to the kind owner & manager (apologies for not properly introducing myself) whom I met on Dec. 27 2024 (Boxing Day)! You were incredibly busy and overwhelmed from the craziness of the day but we managed to talk a few minutes. Then you found me at the GameStop and got me a coupon for a free pretzel! I got the parmesan and it was so delicious! I will definitely return next time when I am in the area! Highly recommended 👌
I got to the mall about 5 mins before they opened at 9:30, so I sat down and waited. About 9:35 ish someone finally came and started to get everything ready. I had a feeling they were running behind and I was in no rush so I walked up to the counter and just stood there. They still have their big plastic pandemic walls up around the front of the store, so it's impossible to hear what the staff are saying. Had to say what I wanted 3 times and they still didn't understand.
