I got to the mall about 5 mins before they opened at 9:30, so I sat down and waited. About 9:35 ish someone finally came and started to get everything ready. I had a feeling they were running behind and I was in no rush so I walked up to the counter and just stood there. They still have their big plastic pandemic walls up around the front of the store, so it's impossible to hear what the staff are saying. Had to say what I wanted 3 times and they still didn't understand.
I normally like the pretzels I buy here. Tastes good!However, there's one employee at Mic Mac Mall who always messes up the order. She just always gets it wrong and I always have to ask her to redo it or I find out when I get home. It's always the same woman at Mic Mac Mall.
