I'm here couple of times a week and just love the staff. It gets crazy busy sometimes but they still manage to serve you with patience.

Tim Hortons at Mic Mac Mall has a diverse staff, with some customers feeling that the Indian girls could be more welcoming. However, other customers have had a positive experience, especially with two girls named LOVEPREET and MUSKAN who are described as friendly and accommodating. Despite the challenges of working in a mall food court, the staff is praised for being patient and efficient. The reviewer appreciates the staff's hard work and suggests updating the website's opening and closing times. Overall, the restaurant has a mix of reviews, with some customers feeling welcomed and others hoping for more friendly service.
