This is the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I have been here multiple times, and still wait 10 mins just for a latte, even if they aren't busy... I have previous barista experience and was able to serve a line in less than 5 mins, with accuracy and beautiful presentation each time. Not really sure why it feels like rocket science to make a latte, everytime I visit. I appreciate someone taking their time to make my beverage, but this is just to darn slow. A vanilla latte is one of the simplest lattes to make, doesn't take an expert to figure it out, in less than 2 mins.

The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from my cashier today, she got my order wrong even after i repeated myself several times(1 pump SF vanilla, 1 pump hazelnut and 2 shots espresso) and it was a simple order, didnt smile at all while serving me and took ages to do basic tasks i wish i could give no stars because wth!!?? Pic for reference too because i cant even fathom how you can mess up my name? I normally get Echo which i don’t mind but Ecco????? I have no words

I've never been a coffee beverage drinker. Now - that's changed.With no word of lie, the staff here, each and everyone one of them has gone above and beyond! The staff really go the extra mile for you, and not just when it's a slow day. They are almost constantly busy here, but not once have I not been greeted, with a smile, by name, and joy. The members helped someone like me learn what I'd enjoy to drink, how to order it the right way when I honestly suck at it. They've been incredibly respectful and are very personal, which I enjoy. The small acts of kindness shown by some of the staff here is something that on some of our darkest days, makes the largest impact. I have NEVER received such kindness in my life & will never forget the memories created here, because of them. I truly felt cared for.

This is the slowest drive thru you could be the only car and he waiting to order for 10 minutes, and then they will mess up your drink and have to remake it.

This is hands down the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. It consistently takes 20+ minutes to get an order, even when I order ahead on mobile. Last time I ordered I got to Starbucks 25 minutes after submitting my order on the app, and still waited another 15 minutes. On top of that, they seem to never make all the drinks on your order at the same time - I'm often given 2/3 drinks and wait up to 10 minutes for the other one. Every other Starbucks in the city is super efficient compared to this one.

A terrible experience.I've been waiting for coffee for over 25 minutes!It's coffee!This is not a dinner at a restaurant!Why is it taking so long?The workers work fast.Apparently the work is not professionally organized

Super slow, waited 15 minutes in lineup just to be told they're closing. I was there 15 minutes early, and then had to wait longer behind people that were in front of me getting their orders. Horrible treatment, never tipping a starbucks worker again lol. This location doesn't make their drinks as good anyway, Larry Uteck or Dartmouth Crossing are the go to.

Never left a review before but this deserved it, I know starbucks is typically slow, but this location is always extra slow. Took amost 20 minutes to get my coffee and that's with ordering almost immediately after walking in the door. Got a hot and a cold drink, the hot one was made quick, but by the time I got to my car to give it to my passenger it was cold. My iced was made wrong the first time, and she was unimpressed when I asked to make it properly. If I'm waiting 20mins for a drink it best be correct.

My favorite location in Dartmouth by far. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming, even while they are run off their feet keeping up with the high demand. Cannot say enough nice things about the amazing folks behind the counter!
