Starbucks is a cozy hangout spot that serves excellent coffee with a variety of flavors. The staff are friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome. Despite being busy, the staff always greet customers with a smile and show kindness, making a significant impact on their day. The customer service is wonderful, and the speed of receiving orders and the taste is unlike any other location. However, some customers have noted that the preparation of drinks can be slow, especially when there are more than 3 people in line before them, leading to a minimum 10-minute wait time. The service quality can also be inconsistent, with some customers finding the staff friendly and welcoming, while others have experienced less friendly interactions, particularly at the drive-thru. Despite these occasional service challenges, Starbucks remains a great spot to relax and recharge with its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional coffee.
