I have been going to this location for several months and never had any issues except for last night. My boyfriend and I arrived and were given no cutlery, chop sticks, napkins or soy sauce dishes. We had to ask for them after we got our food. When I got the soy sauce dish there was actual dirt in it. Then I got my usual a red dragon. And half way through eating it I felt something hard. The shrimp still had the shell on it. Disgusting!!! Luckily the water was good about it and took it off the bill. But then my boyfriend found a short black hair under the ginger. (Nether of us have black hair.) arguably the worst part was the next day when I got FOOD POISONING, and couldn’t leave my restroom for 7 hours. Mind you I have been eating the red dragon from sushi Nami for over 12 years and not once have I ever experienced anything like this. Extremely unhappy and will not be coming back!

The restaurant might be good when dining in, but we ordered through Uber Eats and received something that barely resembled sushi rolls. They were very small and didn’t look appetizing at all — it honestly felt like they were made by someone who has never seen sushi before!!!
Considering the price we paid, it was a huge disappointment. I would recommend thinking twice before ordering delivery, because it seems like when you’re there in person, the chefs probably put in more effort.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Sushi Nami Royale. The restaurant has a spacious and welcoming atmosphere, with a modern design, warm wooden elements, and soft lighting that creates a relaxed and comfortable environment for enjoying a meal. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff were very polite, attentive, and efficient, making sure everything was perfect throughout the visit. Their friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was the gyoza, which I absolutely loved. They were perfectly prepared, with a light texture and a very flavorful filling. It was a delicious way to start the meal. I also tried the ramen, and it was fantastic. The broth was rich and aromatic, the noodles had a great texture, and the ingredients were fresh and well balanced. It was a comforting and satisfying dish. Sushi Nami Royale offers a diverse menu inspired by Japanese cuisine, including sushi, ramen, and other Asian specialties prepared with fresh ingredients. Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience. It’s a great place in Dartmouth for anyone who enjoys Japanese cuisine, and I would definitely love to return to try more dishes from their menu.

Came here with a friend and had a good experience! Everything was pretty good for a bento box. Japanese Fried dumplings as a side on the bento box is a must! Overall good place but I would like more flavour in the miso soup.
Sushi fell apart and they charge you $2.50 per fountain pop, wild.

If you’re after authentic Japanese food, this is not it. Very disappointing quality. Not an expert here but have never had sashimi that is cut an inch thick. Tuna was chewy, and the side salad was not fresh. Could tell it was not a trained sushi chef or someone with an interest in the Japanese cuisine who prepared the food. On the brighter side, waitress was attentive and the service was quick.
