“I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place. I think it deserves some justice. The customer service was good and the food was decent (for Taco Bell). My only complaint was the price. Almost $17 for two crunch wrap supremes. I’ve never had Taco Bell before this so I don’t know if that’s reasonable or not. I would get it again, but not regularly. Over all a good experience. The food is much better if you add the hot sauce.“
“My girlfriend and I went on a date day at the mall on Friday and we decided to go here to grab a bite to eat for lunch. So, we ordered and asked for Tacos with just cheese, and everything went fine and the receipt had "Kitchen Message" on it. Anyways, we got our tacos and when we opened them they were made wrong by accident, so I went up and explained the situation and one of the male workers went above and beyond and said he'd make us fresh tacos (which I thought he'd just slap them together with the remaining meat / cheese) but no, took about 10-15 minutes and he gave me a bag of them and he told us to enjoy. I take it to our table and sit down with my girlfriend, and when we take it out of the bag we had to set them down fast because they were very hot. He kept his word, he made fresh taco meet and got us fresh soft shells. This is a really good Taco Bell and they don't hesitate to go above and beyond if you need anything.“
