I am new to the Masstown. I'm also someone who drives out of town for work 5 days a week, so a fast Tim Hortons is a must. And I have to say, I have 0 complaints about this Tims. Always fast, orders always right and fresh, and the staff are super friendly and from time to time we enjoy a laugh. I move from a town that has a tims on every corner to a place that has just one and I'm super happy with this one. I'm a mobile order type of person and they every write my name on my tea with a happy face. Keep up the great work everyone.

I am extremely disappointed in this place. It isn't fast-food, it's super slow and twenty after I ordered and paid, they told me they didn't have the food I ordered! This place is very disorganized and sloppy. I DO NOT recommend Masstown Tim Hortons!

I went and waited to be served. There were 6 staff there and not one acknowledged me until after 10 minutes. There was only one other customer in the shop. Asked if they make sandwiches and the answer was no. The Doughuts and muffins consisted of only about 10 items…( this around 3:00pm in the afternoon)how can they not have product when they are open till 10 PM?? I am thinking why even bother to go here.

Terrible customer service, staff stood around but didn't bother to come take my order until I said something and then when we asked if they had a certain item they replied rudely "do you see it". Better customer service training needed?

Apparently they can’t even get an everything bagel with cream cheese right here, unbelievable how idiotic the staff is here, maybe learn English before you work drive through.

Coffee never tastes the same anymore . Usually watered down. Food is always good and the employees are always nice.
