We had a terrible experience. We booked a table for 10 people. The Menu seems very tasty but what you get is very far from it. Food was cold and it took a lot of time to come. Carne asada tacos were cold, overcooked, almost burnt and missing salt. The steak was good but was also cold so you could feel the grease was kind of slimy. The pasta was flavourless. The scallops with chorizo and guajillo were cold, the guajillo sauce had no guajillo on it and again missing salt! We ordered a bottle of wine and it was very good. Even the capuccinos were like coffe with milk, no foam at all. The server was amazing, she was very friendly and welcoming. She saved the night basically but we don't recommend the restaurant.
For the price you pay what you get is very poor. Manager never even approach us or helped us in any way.

Chowder was fantastic but the salmon was too cooked and tasteless. Scallops were great, but too small portion. Bread was cold. Super clean, amazing gardens outside and great building. Except for those small details, great restaurant.

Christmas Eve buffet was a HUGE disappointment and no better than cafeteria food. Bland, cold and not much selection and in fact advertised Seafood but the only item with seafood was a chowder. Total waste of money! $250 thrown away on garbage and really sad that it has dropped down from being one of the best restaurants in the area to substandard/below average. They need to bring back the chef they had last year! He put on the most grandest and yummiest buffet spread ever and we went expecting the same level of cooking and presentation. This year the food, selection and presentationwas so bad, that we are cancelling our New Year's Day brunch reservations.
Little pricey and in a resort so can be busy.

It was a great deal and the food was very tasty ?. We recommend!!!!
Parking: Even though it was relatively full, I still got a parking space...because there was enough ?

We had a reservation here and were well and truly pleased with our experience. For a fancier restaurant, I left feeling full and happy. I had the steak, which was cooked perfectly, and the chocolate tart, and my husband had the pan-seared scallops and apple tart, and both were delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Although it didn't affect us, the server was careful to mention that shellfish stock was used to make the daily soup and I heard other servers mention it as well. So they are very aware of allergies guests may have.

Spent the weekend in the hotel so we did dine here one time. Food was good ( scallop/ pasta with fish) but service was just ok. I specifically told them when I made the dinner reservation that we have our own wine and asking the cork fee, but she didn't know the fee. When we arrived at the restaurant, I was with my wine but she said the cork fee is going to be $35 !!! That was disappointing which the price was approximately the same price with Bottle of wine and it's not fair!! They said sorry many times because of the fee but I was sorry more than them!

We have been going to the Digby Pines resort for decades. The hotel is worse for the wear of the years past, but the food remains first rate. Of course you will want to get your Digby scallops here. Everything is carefully prepared, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. You might want to skip the hotel, but the food is worth the trip.
This was our 3rd visit to the restaurant. It was not nearly as good as the previous 2 times. There were several items they didn’t have available that were on the menu. Server Forgot to bring bread basket. We ordered the haddock tacos and the fish and chips. Fish was greasy and the fish in the tacos was the same as the fish for the dinner. We had ordered this during our most recent visit and it was excellent. We didn’t bother with dessert as the small child at the Next table waited around 40 minutes for ice cream.
