We stop here for coffee often, and the decaf is always cold. If you ask for a fresh pot, you end up waiting forever.
We rarely eat here, but we did tonight and it wasn’t any better. Both burgers looked like they’d been tossed into the box sideways (see picture), and all the toppings had slid to the bottom of the box. Half way through my burger I found a chunk of pink, slimy meat which I’m unsure if it was raw or fat but I didn’t finish it.
We get the occasional McFlurry from this location as well, and they’re never filled. Tonight my husband’s had twice as much as mine. When I brought it inside to bring it to their attention, the employee at the counter was rude, defensive, and insisted that my husband “just had too much” in his.
Overall, the quality and customer service at this location continue to decline. This has become a consistently disappointing experience.

If I could give zero Stars I would to the young gentleman who was working this evening you're not very smart when a customer asked for ketchup in a bag you proceed to make fun of them to the other workers and not put any ketchup in the bag I will be reporting you to your supervisor just so you know hope it was worth not putting the ketchup in the bag and making fun of someone for asking for extra ketchup

If I could give zero stars, I would. Lately, there’s this thing that happens with payments at certain stores and I thought it had happened here. You’ll pay, and the merchant will tell you the transaction did not go through, and charge you again. You’ll see 2 transactions on your bank statement, but the first one is refunded within 10 business days. I was at the Digby drivethru at 10pm on Saturday night when this “issue” happened.. The McDonalds employee said my $48 payment didn’t go through, and I’d have to pay again. Well, they lied. After waiting 10 business days and the original charge remaining.. I called my bank. The original transaction did go through, the McDonalds employees had lied. They stole from me, and won’t make it right. They will not respond to me.
