Digby 's hidden gem. Located in the lobby of a hotel off the main downtown strip, Soo Good Kitchen is easily the best place in town for vegetarians and vegans, and is probably the right place for everyone else. One of the owners will serve you while the other cooks. While "Asian fusion" sometimes feels like code for "mostly North American," that is not the case here. They have dishes that come from many Asian countries and everything we ate was great. The menu is well marked, but there are also specials and other options on a challenge. They offer tofu and various fake meats.
The space is small, but comfortable. There is art by local artists and plenty of light.
The only thing to note is that the business closes for much of the summer (sounds like all of August most years), so watch for that if you are on a summer holiday.

Some of the best Asian food just about anywhere! Not a huge menu but carefully and tastefully prepared. Not the old standard gen tau/ chicken ball stuff but very unique selection. Small dining area. Call first or you will very likely be disappointed. Very popular for those in the know.

Digby is famous for scallops / lobster and deep fried everything well do yourself a favor and eat here! This is international class Asian fusion food Fresh looking / tasting and fantastic value ! If these guys were based in the big city it would cost you three times the price and yes I am raving about the place. It’s priced great and is as good as places I’ve eaten in across the country costing so much more So stop reading this and go eat here. You will thank me

Great food at this little restaurant. We had the beef and broccoli dish with rice, and sweet and sour chicken dish with noodles. YUM! . The spring rolls were delicious! Lives up to is name...Soo Good!

We eat here whenever we are in Digby and sometimes we even make the 30 minute drive just to eat here. Everything we've had from the menu is excellent, with the Pad Thai being our favorite and we always start off with a couple Donair Egg Rolls....so good!! :-)
