No Subway here.
On April 17th I went through subway drive through at shell at around 5-6:30pm.
Got my usual and an hour later I had upset stomach and then power puking.
As it’s on day 2 of this it’s obvious food poisoning and will not be returning to this subway. Also will be sending a letter to head franchise. Especially with seeing all the reviews with in the last year of the same people.
I think the two older ladies just don’t want to work. I asked for toast, and the machine was right in front of me, but they said, “We don’t do that.” They also didn’t know how to wrap a sub properly—there was no Subway sticker to hold it together. When I took it out of the bag, one half fell right out! On top they are rude!
So rude to customers I came to subway for grilled sandwiches but not doing at all and I and I just entered the restaurant and both ladies very rudely replied and said we don’t grilled sandwiches we just do wraps grilled I also worked in subway but this is the way to talk with customers? So disrespectful guys never come to this locations
I’ve never experienced such terrible service at any establishment before. We came here all the way from New Brunswick and decided to stop at this Subway. As soon as we entered, it felt like we made a huge mistake. We sat down for about 10 minutes, looking over the menu and deciding what to order, but instead of being welcomed, we were met with hostility.
An older woman who appeared to work there gave us looks that made it seem like we were unwelcome. It was as if we were an inconvenience to her by simply being there. Then, to top it off, she aggressively came over and told us we couldn’t sit there, even though we were clearly about to order.
When we finally did place our order, the food was absolutely terrible—far below the standard we’ve come to expect from Subway. Given the attitude and behavior of the staff, especially this older lady, it’s no surprise that this location has such a low rating (around 3 stars, if not worse).
If the staff doesn’t want to treat people with basic respect and professionalism, then they simply shouldn’t be working in customer service. It’s shocking that management allows such rude and unprofessional behavior.
This was such a disappointing and frustrating experience. If you can’t hire better people or ensure a more welcoming environment, it’s no wonder customers avoid this place. I’d strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location unless you want to ruin your day.

As we're waiting for our realtor in digby, I stopped into use the bathroom at this subway.
Was told no in the most rudest manner! The older lady working should not be working with the public.. and the staff is horrendous with the public...... not to mention I've noticed that since putting this review, there is nothing but bad reviews for this location.
Warning do not support this location they make the franchise look horrible.
As I've been a general manager of a franchise myself I will be making a detailed complaint to the head office.
Very rude staff. Came in off a road trip 10 minute's off the highway for food and a bathroom break. Was refused the bathroom until I paid for my food, and the women were very rude about it. Nobody wants to bring their food into a public bathroom

Terrible customer service by the old lady working there. Supposed to close at 7, got there at 6:15 and she says we can't sit in the shop as they are closing. Didn't even allow us to use the washroom.
Prepared the subs while grunting constantly and making angry expressions. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

The staff is arrogant and unaccommodating. Bought a sub and was told that I couldn't have crispy onions on my sub as the one I ordered didn't come with it. They looked down on me as if I was causing a problem and was inconveniencing them by my mere presence. No wonder it's dead at lunch time. The service is dismal and I would not recommend and they clearly need to watch the "give them the pickle" training video.

The worst staff ever , they dont know how to talk and behave , if we miss anything they show rudeness and say why u didnt tell us before even the whole store is empty , they are free still they dont wanna work properly , they just wanna do gossips and laugh .
