The pulled jackfruit sandwich is a real standout, prepared perfectly with mushrooms and peppers, served with roasted potatoes. The veggie burger is excellent, full of flavor with delicious toppings. The chowder has a smaller portion but is packed with more seafood morsels. The fish and chips are a hit, being light, flaky, and served with tasty condiments. The service is friendly, with the owner/manager and all staff members being super nice, adding to the welcoming and homey atmosphere. The restaurant, located in an old church, has a cool setting and occasionally features live music. Kids can enjoy meals until 8:30 PM. The place has a nice atmosphere with live music playing in the back, and the staff are friendly and efficient. Guests often praise the quality of the vegan options, especially the pulled jackfruit sandwich prepared perfectly with mushrooms and peppers. The Indian chickpea curry is highly recommended for its sweet, savory, and spicy flavors, complemented by perfectly cooked basmati rice. Stopped for lunch. Had the fish tostada. Delicious food and great, friendly service!!!!!

If you want to go for a drink, or any of the entertainment they bring in, it's a good place. Nice views. But the food is not what I remember it to be when I was there in 2022. Different cooks, I guess, which is a shame, as the experienced one who was there when I went was the best! It's more for gathering socially than a culinary hot spot. So yes to drinks with friends...no to burnt food. I hope they can hire some good cooks!

Nice and friendly wee pub.
