Best fried haddock I have had in quite a while. Very fresh and perfectly cooked.

Amazing experience! Food was delicious and very well prepared. We had the scallop risotto and haddock dinner with rice. Everything tasted amazing and was cooked perfectly. Had lemon merengue pie for dessert - also delicious. Highly recommend!

We visited a charming restaurant in the quiet village of Belliveaus Cove, near the tourist lighthouse and farmers' market. As a family of three, we enjoyed our dinner there, and the food was delicious. We finished everything except for dessert, which we decided to take home. We ordered some take-out pies, coconut cream pie, chocolate pie, and a New York cheesecake. I apologize for not taking a photo of our dessert; we were all quite tired after a long day of travel. The dessert portions were large and worth our money, and the service was excellent. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, The Wheelhouse Seafood & Pasta!

I like to take a drive down to the original Wheelhouse in Belliveaus Cove. It’s a beautiful drive and a great destination.
The atmosphere is delightful and “homey” and quite a local place to dine. The staff are amazing and friendly. Service is prompt and always hot. And the food is to die for. One of my favourites are the fish tacos also how can I not mention the Lobsters Poutine.
“Dessert”? Yes please!!
There is always an array of home made pies and cakes that are out of this world. Trust me I know my desserts. 😂
All in all a wonderful little gem worth the drive. Love this place 10/10

The wheelhouse is a hidden gem. The food, service, atmosphere & the prices are all a 10/10. We had the lobster & haddock, fish tacos & lobster poutine all large portions, enough for left overs that reheated to be just as delicious. My children counted down the days to try the food here and needless to say, we will be back before heading home and look forward to visits back this summer.

went to the digby location for brunch / breakfast this morning it was so delicious and love the new space!

We had a very positive visit with the Wheelhouse on January 18. The food was amazing and the service was excellent! Looking forward to our next visit there.

A beautiful place for lunch or dinner. Great views of the water either with the tide going in or out. The food was delicious and plentiful without a long wait. You may not need reservations, but I would recommend calling ahead just in case. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Parking: Lots of parking available when I was there.
