The weekend was Bike in Digby. There were motorbikes and people everywhere

I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons #102058 in Digby, NS, thanks to Macalah, an exceptional server. It was truly refreshing to encounter someone so polite and courteous, dedicated to ensuring every customer enjoys their visit. I had two Tim Hortons cups that I had purchased earlier, and she took the time to fill them perfectly, leaving just the right amount of space at the top to prevent any spills. Her attentiveness and commitment to service made my day brighter, leaving just the right amount of space at the top to avoid spills. 😀

Mostly sold out of donuts and muffins mid day. Girl working there did not want to be there. Grunted instead of answering. Not like most Tim Hortons.

Ordered a can of infuser, the top was quite dirty, so the worker tried to wipe it with a napkin, when that didn’t work he put part of the napkin in his mouth and used his saliva to clean the top of the can. I asked for a new one and he giggled, then went and only rinsed it under the water and tried to tell me it was a new can.

Very fast service
Made an online order expecting it to be like the other tim hortons I've done that at where they make it and put it on the counter to pick up, but I ended up spending my entire break waiting, just to go up to the counter and have them not even know the order had been made until I told them about it..
I'm not blaming anyone, but there should be some kind of sign explaining this if it's not going to be done the same way at every location. When the app gives me a screen telling me my order is going to be completed and put up on the counter to be picked up, without being told otherwise, I'm going to believe it to be true.

Waited 5-10 min to be waited on at the counter. 3 people doing drive through. Not acknowledged. Asked for hockey cards that were ON THE MENU SCREEN and on the sign outside the store.

While I typically love my Timmies I have to comment on the lack of English speaking employees. Standing in line while they talk amongst themselves in thoer native tongue is rude and makes customers feel as though others are talking about them I stead of doing thier job.
Add to that the lack of usual customer service and you will begin loosing your customers
