I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons #102058 in Digby, NS, thanks to Macalah, an exceptional server. While I typically love my Timmies I have to comment on the lack of English speaking employees. Standing in line while they talk amongst themselves in thoer native tongue is rude and makes customers feel as though others are talking about them I stead of doing thier job.
Add to that the lack of usual customer service and you will begin loosing your customers

I have been in many tim Hortons locations all over Nova Scotia and I just have to say this place is what tim Hortons should be very kind and caring staff and the coffee every time is perfect and on point thank you for doing such an amazing job you guys are a good team ❤️❤️❤️
