We ordered lobster from here in 2024. it was a great experience. Went back this year July 22 and nothing but problems. Left our contact info and then called i dont know how many times, left messages with alternate phone numbers, nothing finally spoke to a manager who said she called 3 times ( my phone had no missed calls) now they are closed for season. ☹️

Please update your info on the web. It says you are open, your messages saying you will open in the Spring.

What a first impression of the place. I was looking for lobster & fish for New Year. As I entered the store, they gave me a look so strange. It was like being in the USA

The owner did not say hello or smile. She needed some training in customer services, so me & my wife decided to go to Clearwater & Fishermen Market Bedford & spend $$280.00.
So please go to Bedford & shop around. Don't always go by the reviews. It's fake 😒 # Customer Services # is important 💯

When we arrived, the staff seemed preoccupied. It took 10 minutes to be assisted despite we being the only customers in store.

On a bright side, the lobsters were live. It came with a clean flavour without any briny taste.

On my second try, I had a great experience at The Lobster Dive in Dartmouth. Important: although they close at 6 p.m. daily if you'd like them to cook the lobster for you, you must place your order by 4 p.m. On my first attempt - not knowing this - I attempted to place an order after the cut off time, only to learn that they had 34 orders before mine and therefore could not cook a lobster for me that day. Today, I called shortly after they opened, and they offered to have the cooked lobster, ready for pick up, within an hour. My cooked lobster was delicious.

Always fresh, and get them cooked; if you want to taste the perfect salt ratio.

Great lobster, shrimps and oysters for our holiday dinner while in the area. Highly recommended to go!

This is THE place to get your seafood. Pleasant friendly staff, excellent quality product. Very fair prices.
