Orders are never wrong inside, but something is almost ALWAYS wrong in the drive-thru, especially in the morning. Whether that's getting the size wrong, amount of sugar/cream wrong. Something. Every day. It's kinda annoying.”

“I've been eating from passage pizza for 15 years when they were operating on Cow Bay Road They have the best food delish. Pizza, wings, fish and donairs I had 2 bad experiences in 15 years. I think that's a hell of a track record. They were super busy and I called the restaurant back and Nadia was so willing to replace our order. Ty Nadia we came back form holiday and i was to tried to make dinner. so we jumped on that credit and we ordered last night it was the best. Its the best like the passage Pizza I remember. So the moral of my story is because passage is so busy if you're not happy with your order just reach out to Nadia and she will do her best to accommodate you she's such a beautiful person”

“2 block walk from the Lord Nelson hotel, the staff were superb and very friendly, we picked up food to go and as we waited for our food the staff brought us a complimentary glass of bubbly. We enjoyed the food so much that we when back a second time a few days later.”

Thanks to the entire Canteen family - and I say FAMILY purposefully as you feel the family atmosphere as soon as you arrive - for hosting our team for dinner last week. We booked out the whole restaurant and they did just what we hoped for: Maritime hospitality, wonderful, genuine service and knock-your-socks off food. The team from across Canada went bananas over the Crobster sandwich. The special welcome from the owners was a lovely touch. The guests raved all the way back across the harbour on the ferry about the wonderful meal from start to finish. “Yesterday we had the privilege of eating at The Narrows Halofax, Nova Scotia's #1 Public House and number #12 in Canada. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and personable host made us feel like we were home! “The food in Edna is simply wonderful. Tartar as a starter was good, and the two fish dishes we had were perfect: halibut cheek and char with a Sauce Vierge both perfectly balanced. Service was excellent as well. Only downside was how loud it was.”
