I went subway at evening on Sunday the service provided by the girl was marvelous. She served me footlong veggie with a smiling face. There was a lot of hustle as their ovens were not working but she was heating up everything in the microwave with patience. A quick suggestion to management they should always have a backup plan for such kind of situation as without toaster nothing can be enjoyed well in this cold weather. Great service
I have to agree with Katrina I welcome the new gentleman for customer service, a positive change from a few disappointed experiences I had before. If you cannot excel at client services you should not be working in this environment.
