“Worst experience I had in a very long time, the woman had attitude as soon my friend and I sat down, I told her I have an intolerance to nightshades and she seemed very annoyed and did not explain the menu at all. The menu itself was near impossible to the eye, not to mention their was little hairs stuck in between the sheets on both of our menus, and when I told her she snatched my menu from me and walked away with out saying a single word. My friend did not even get what she asked for. The communication from this server was very lacking, wish I got her name. When it came time to pay, she told us they only take cash, but there's an atm at the back of the restaurant. There was a sign stating this, I've been a server for ten years and that is always something I would always tell my costumers first. Horrible service, horrible communication and the food was over priced and not great. Will not be back.“

“Delightful little cafe we stumbled upon in Dartmouth. Tried their quirky Black Charcoal Coffee, which was delicious. And their Montreal Smoked Beef sandwich was so good. The cafe host was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was nice and the facilities were well maintained.“

“We happened upon this convenient sandwich shop as we walked from the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic (see separate review) to the Citadel via Sackville Street. As You Like It is at the corner of Sackville and Barrington streets. For those in a hurry, there's a "Grab and Go" cooler with ready-made sandwiches, but we went for fresh-made tuna salad ($6.95 CD) and crab salad ($6.95 CD) sandwiches. From a choice of several breads, we chose multi-grain. Good sandwiches, wraps, salads, fruit here. There are a few small tables for those who wish to eat inside. Recommended.“

“Excellent coffee! And only $1.75 for medium. The 2 people working we're super friendly and there were nice seats by the window to sit. It is located in a nice office lobby with office workers coming down at break time. They serve the breakfast sandwiches on English muffin or bagel and the English muffins are a good size and you can choose whole wheat. We enjoyed it very much. The only downside was that my husband's was missing the ham. I told him to let them know but they told him it was "in the egg". But it wasn't so he had no meat. He wasn't persistent enough ? We ended up ordering a 3rd sandwich and it had ham as did mine. It's too bad because all was good aside from that one thing...“
