“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !! The Prospect Road location is going to be such a well loved location - so much so that, I don’t think the staff realized how much of the community would flock there. They’re BUSY, and out of ingredients, but the staff there were HUSTLING around, smiling and getting orders out that they could. I expect delays at the beginning. They never expected so much traffic, give them patience folks and expect a mess up in your order possibly or wait until they are fully loaded and in the flow with the area. Otherwise incredible sub (despite picking off a couple things I didn’t ask for), the bread was amazing, still 10/10 would go back, and didn’t even care it was chaotic. Inside though although small, its essentially a novelty convenience store with local goodies. They have a little bakery section with homemade stuff, the moon mist fudge was incredible and a must try! They also had a bunch of “Jones Soda” flavours that I’ve never seen before anywhere around here - even at the big candy stores, (like s’mores and the fallout edition one) which was pretty cool!! They still have ice cream and everything that was at multi scoop - just with a lot more options and delicious fresh options to go. Something for ANYONE at a really reasonable price. The staff always provide warm hospitality, and the food is consistently fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. “Solid Subway location on Kempt. Staff were friendly and didn’t rush the order even during a busy stretch. Veggies looked fresh and the sandwich was made properly, not sloppy or overloaded on one side.

“I just went in to this Subway for a quick dinner as I’m too burnt out to cook. I wish I got the employees name because she deserves a raise! When I walked in, I could hear she was already in a wholesomely friendly conversation with the customer ahead of her, discussing and bonding over their culture and speaking Punjabi.
When it was my turn to order, I do not say this lightly, she made me the BeST subway sandwich I’ve ever had.
I try not to be too demanding but she clued in to every word I spoke in regards to veggie amounts, sauce amount (I like lots of veggies, little sauce) and she nailed it, as if she’s been taking my Subway order forever.

She was also smart with business and tried to upsell me, but knew to smile and understand because I don’t need a drink (I have Gatorade at home).

Instead, I ordered one cookie along my sub. When she packaged my cookie, another crumbled and she put in the extra cookie pieces stating “I’d rather not waste it” (again with a smile)- I will always appreciate an employee not wanting to waste food in this economy and being generous instead of unnecessarily wasteful.

Based on the customer service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff I experienced.. I don’t go in person to subway often, but if I do it will be here.

“We recently ordered over 100 Subway sandwiches (all different subs) for pickup for our staff training, and I can't say enough about how incredible the team was. From start to finish, everything was organized perfectly.

The staff went above and beyond by sorting the subs into separate bags for allergy accommodations, labeling every single sandwich with each person's name, and making sure everything was easy to distribute without us having to double-check orders. They also included plenty of extra napkins and supplies, which was a thoughtful touch and made setup even easier.

We've been hosting staff training sessions for more than 10 years, and this was, without a doubt, the smoothest catering pickup we've ever experienced. The attention to detail and level of organization saved us so much time and made the entire process stress-free.

A special thank you to Arshdeep and his coworkers who worked on our order on July 2. Their professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional customer service truly stood out. They turned what could have been a complicated order into a seamless experience. We sincerely appreciate all of your hard work and will absolutely be ordering from this Subway location again!“
