“We had excellent service on Canada Day 2024 with our friendly waitress Pal. She was very helpful and kept checking on our party of 12 ages from 3 to 80, to make sure everyone had what they wanted. She put treats on the Robot and had the children go get their treats off the tray on it, which was a highlight for them. We could tell she enjoys waitressing because she does it to perfection. The food was delicious and plated appetizingly, too!”

“Yesterday we had the privilege of eating at The Narrows Halofax, Nova Scotia's #1 Public House and number #12 in Canada. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and personable host made us feel like we were home! All of the waitresses were incredible and ours went over and above to make us happy and we truly had the best time. As you go through the door u see the sign Canadian Owned and also Truly Canadian. Then why are you not using French's catsup instead of Heinz. In our home we use only French's and it is Canadian. The brisket and shrimp spring rolls served with peanut sauce were so fresh and tasty - highly recommend this new menu item! The shrimp vermicelli bowl served with fish sauce was absolutely delightful, and my husband had a dish with pork, rice, vegetables with a fried egg on top served with a sweet sauce. He loved his meal! If you're into spicy drinks, try the tamarind margarita - it has a real kick and is so good! Great restaurant - can't wait to return! :)”

“I hired Tareks for catering on this week and OH MY GOODNESS! Fantastic as always; Incredibly fresh, flavourful and so easy! I told him how many people and he gave suggestions and was the least stressful catering order I have ever placed. It arrived hot and fresh and perfectly on time. So much food we all had a second plate and still had leftovers at the end. Highly recommend Tareks for any time lunches, dinners or catering. Has to be one of the best in the city, not one complaint from my group of 15 people! He even called afterwards to check in that everything was received - absolutely amazing service! Hasn’t changed over the years the quality never diminished just always a huge hit, everytime. Thank you Tareks, top notch as always - much love from Lisa at the Abbie. ❤️”
