I don't like to post negative reviews - but this level of service continues to become the norm. And it's not good!
This location in particular rarely had the item requested, I usually have to plan for A, B, and C options before I go to the Eastern Passage location.
The baked goods is usually poorly made - Sorry for the picture of the Apple Fritter (It did taste good), however fritter was half glazed and that's being modest.
With beverages, something is made incorrectly, forgotten, or the store did not have the ingredients (lack of ingredients is a regular occurrence).

Left construction site for quick afternoon coffee. Low or empty pastry and muffin shelf. Waited and waited for our Medium doubles. I went to counter. Manager said he forgot. No apology. No offer to upsize coffees. Another Tim's 5 minutes away. This Timmies just lost a customer...

Pop through drive thru is warm...? Why... every time. Would you sell tea cold or coffee cold. This is a hot summer a pop is more than 3 dollars . In a car a customer is stuck with a warm.pop they paid more than 3 dollars to purchase...why? Repeat issue too

Went through the drive thru order 3 drinks. Med Ice capp made with milk. It was made incorrectly and had a nickel in it which wasn't found until the drink was finished!!!

Slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to, the new workers there have no manners and don’t give you tip back unless you out your hand out for it.

This Tim Hortons has decent service and good coffee, but the air conditioning is always way too cold — even when the weather outside isn’t hot. 🥶
The store itself isn’t that big, so once the AC kicks in, the whole place turns freezing fast. I asked a staff member if it could be adjusted, but was told it’s set to a fixed temperature every day and can’t be changed. Apparently, I’m not the only one who’s mentioned it — they hear this complaint all the time.
Every time I come here, I end up grabbing my coffee and food and leaving as quickly as possible. It’s a shame, because I’d really like to sit and relax, but it’s just too uncomfortable.
Is this a coffee shop or a walk-in freezer designed to make you leave fast? 😅
I hope management considers making the space a bit more comfortable for people who want to stay and enjoy their visit.

Worst service. No customer service at all. We understand if it’s busy but al least they should greet the guests in proper way. Had to wait long for my mobile order, still the food quality was terrible.

6:30 in the morning and no cold brew. I can understand weird off hours, but not having a staple item during prime time is poor business planning.
