I worked at tim hortons as a kid, and man how quality can drop , never order food from these people they shrinkflated every menu item, and literally none of the tim hortons in nova scotia abide by the "20 minute fresh" rule. The original founder of this business must be ashamed of what his name has turned into

I ordered XL Double double regular coffee ,I took a sip before I leave drive thru.Coffee is warm not hot,when i asked staff the reply i got is .. If you ordered double double the coffee will be cold .I told him I can't drink please microwave and give attest . he agreed and gave . 1.This is not the first time I have been drinking coffee double double ,I know how coffee tastes like for xl or large or med . 2.The coffee has too much milk and sugar, didn't even finish 20% of coffee . 3.very rude staff never heard greeting or saying good morning or my apologies. The Asian girl with colorful hair and Indian guy were rude,they don't care. I have noticed the at the window the girl working with him pouring the milk into cup manually and adding sugar .generally they do with machine .They are telling me a regular customer that coffee is cold due to double double,instead of using correct portion and keeping 10 min fresh . Worst place to start your day to get coffee .

I’ve had to go back to get my coffee swapped for the correct one the last 2 visits, normally it’s once a week. Guess this is just one of those locations.
Very tasty food/drinks. My order did not take long to be made. Would recommend it to friends for hanging out.

I used to love this location I always found the staff so sweet and had that hometown feel. The staff calling you love and hun. The genuine kindness from the staff was always so nice. As of lately it seems like everytime I go through the drive thu they never understand my order and I'm repeating myself 4-5 times. While the person on the other end getting snippy and rude. As well as anytime I ask questions about the types of donuts or Tim bits they have left they answer with attitude. Once getting to the window to pay there is no hi how are you. Just the price of the order and no time to put any of my cards away before they are shoving the order in my face as well as no have a nice day.I understand that time is money and speed is important in the drive thu. But the pervious staff never had any trouble giving your order in a timely manner while also greeting you with a smile and a small conversation. I really miss thoes Days ....
