This is the worst Tim Hortons in dartmouth. They are always out of something to the point I went and tried to order the egg sandwich and for 4 days straight they didn't have it because each day they where out of one of the things need for it. Their is one white lady that works there with tattoos and she is she polite and nice but the other staff act like their doing you a favor by going there. Also im not sure why if you go into the store you wait for every to just place your order and in that same time they have served 5 people in thr drive through. You shouldn't punish the people who actually parked their car and came into the store. Maybe take 1 of the 6 people working the window and take 1 or 2 to help the cashier that handles people who come into the store. I will never waste another dollar or minute at that store ever again.

i cumed here yesterday and my friend was working his shift so ia asked for my Big coffee 2 milk 1 suger and he said i can have free if i dont tell on him so i waas happy for free drink so yum

Never can get an ice cap filled above the 4th line, is this the proper way to do an ice cap? Isn't it suppose to be filled to the 4th line and then when finished it sets at the rim? Hopefully this ongoing issue is resolved soon been like this for a long time at this location for over 5 bucks a drink it could at least be to the rim/proper fill line.

Im tired of paying over 5$ for an Iced Capp and not even getting a full cup. Lately its been happening more and more. This used to be my favorite spot but its so inconsistent now to the point id rather drive further to get my coffee

I stop in this Tim Hortons frequently on my way to work at 5:15am and order a vanilla iced coffee, never a issue but this morning (Jan 10th) I’m told they can’t make iced coffee this early in the morning… Am I missing something here? Had to leave this location and go to shearwater Tims where they happily made my iced coffee..

I don't like to post negative reviews - but this level of service continues to become the norm. And it's not good!
This location in particular rarely had the item requested, I usually have to plan for A, B, and C options before I go to the Eastern Passage location.
The baked goods is usually poorly made - Sorry for the picture of the Apple Fritter (It did taste good), however fritter was half glazed and that's being modest.
With beverages, something is made incorrectly, forgotten, or the store did not have the ingredients (lack of ingredients is a regular occurrence).

Left construction site for quick afternoon coffee. Low or empty pastry and muffin shelf. Waited and waited for our Medium doubles. I went to counter. Manager said he forgot. No apology. No offer to upsize coffees. Another Tim's 5 minutes away. This Timmies just lost a customer...
