I frequent this store as it is close to my home. For the past 4 days I have had to return to the store because my order was wrong. Tea instead of coffee, too much cream etcThe old staff that works there is wonderful (Andrea, Kim, Crystal and Jen).The new staff isn't attentive and often rushes orders with carelessness. They're rude when you tell then the order is wrong.Long story short make sure you ALWAYS check your order and taste your drink before you leave the window.

First time here and ordered espresso at the drive thru but since this location does not have espresso machine, ordered double double. At the window, the order taker was unimpressed as it took me 5 long seconds to take out my visa card. I was going to use my points card too but didn't bother as the lady was already giving me the heavy stare. I will stick to the pleasant street location, very friendly staff there.P.s. A little kindness doesn't hurt, someone could be on edge already.

It was a hot day on Friday it was so nice to get inside in the air conditioning. There was not a large choice of donuts. This is small Tim's. I had a frozen lemonade so good on a hot day.
