Shearwater Tim Hortons, I ordered chili and I asked the girl if the roll was hard, she said no. Well I got to say, I could have broke a tooth biting into it. When I approached her she said oh well. I said can you give me something else.she said I'll give you a tea biscuit. She shoved it in my hand. There were other patrons here and seen it all happen. Horrible customer service, to say the least.

Super friendly staff who go out of their way to provide good customer service!
This morning I went through the drive thru, ordered an everything bagel toasted with butter, and a large tea with milk and sugar. The bagel didn't have butter and the tea was black. The staff was very polite however, I understand it's busy in the mornings and mistakes happen haha hardly the end of the world but, when you mess up a breakfast, ya can ruin a dudes whole day. Not cool tim Hortons !!
