Great spot for a snack. Lobster roll was tasty but smaller in portion than expected for $17.99. Would’ve loved more of it! Burger was cheap but tasty. We also ordered the Poutine and it was also legit good with lots of cheese curds and gravy that wasn’t too salty.

Great service. Ordered just the lobster roll to try it compared to others. quite a bit cheaper, but for a reason. very small, and what seemed like canned lobster, with no claws or tail meat whatsoever. Going back, I would get something else.

The fish and chips were very good, however I like lemon with my fish instead of tartar sauce. It cuts through the fattiness of the batter. When I asked for lots of lemon slices, the woman said no as she only had half a lemon left - how is this my problem? Go down the road to the grocery store and get more lemon! Bad customer service and cranky workers.

Stopped by What's The Scoop in Eastern Passage and had a fantastic experience! Katie was amazing—super friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh flavors that hit all the right spots. Only downside was the Caesar salad, which felt a bit lackluster. Everything else was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be back!

Cute place.. but they use fake lobster for their rolls and do not warn you. Thrown off lobster rolls for a while now lol

Last week I was in Halifax Nova Scotia for a week’s holiday! It was amazing first day we went a cross the ferry to Dartmouth at the ferry terminal we were given a tip from a local artisan that the best fish dinner was at Fishermen Cove “ what’s the scoop”. Off we went relying on local bus system and very kind locals who assisted our adventure! This tip did not disappoint we chatted with Matty ! what a delightful young lady she helped us order we shared a lobster sandwich and a fisherman platter which we sampled all the seafoods!! We both took pictures how fluffy and fresh the food was! Mmmm good! We also had ice cream which was another tip given called “mountain mist “ delicious!!
Thank you for the great memories we told everyone to go there!
