Well, what a pleasant surprise. I have been quite critical of Tim Hortons restaurants and for very good reasons; poor communications, sloppy service, inaccurate orders, uncaring management and dirty surroundings to name a few. But not this time. Credit must be given where credit is due. This version of Tim Hortons, just outside the Halifax International Airport on Bell Blvd, is a welcome and highly notable exception.
