I have to say this was a horrendous experience today at Tim's - Enfield. They were over whelmed and it showed.The staff team were allegedly learning a new POS system, and perhaps they were - however the food service is where the hang up seemed to be. Not with the staff ringing up customers.It took a half hour to get a breakfast sandwhich combo. When we did get it, the fat from the microwaved hashbrown was working itself through the paper bag. Not there fault but the debit is down and you only find out after a long line up of vehicle's, I would recommend in the future perhaps a sign to avoid the congestion and unnecessary wait.
