Our glome was so cold. The website says wifi but it’s only on the lodge. The people in other domes were so loud we couldn’t sleep and couldn’t call to complain because there was no cell service. Waited to be seated for dinner because the waitress thought we were checking into the hotel . Staff knew very little English . The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had; cold coffee, broken toaster , cold eggs, then half an hour in asked if we wanted fried eggs. We had to use washroom in the main building for showering and it was so dirty I couldn’t possibly shower there. My husband was charged 139 for the hot tub but he was told it was 30. This place was not worth the money at all. We tried to book two nights when we first booked. I’m so glad we didn’t get two nights. I was so ready to leave .

Terrible experience. We rented the Tiny House for $180/night for 2 nights. Blinds and curtains on about 2/3 of the windows, It is all one floor and in a high traffic portion of the resort, so it feels like you have no privacy, lots of light in the morning, and then the hot water stopped working. After 3 failed trips to fix the hot water, they "upgraded" us to the $400 a night Green Chalet. It had hot water, but it also had toenails on the blanket and night stand of one of the beds. Mould, water damaged walls, cobwebs, rusty heaters, a microwave that should have been thrown out 25 years ago and the main bedroom bed was essentially a large, old and uncomfortable cot. When checking out they asked us how the stay was, when I mentioned how dirty it was and how we found mousedroppings, the reply was "Well that's the wilderness." I wasn't in a spruce bow lean-to in the middle of nowhere, we were just off the main drag 5 minutes from a town church in a $400 a night Chalet. Pictures in comments to support how poorly maintained and cleaned it was. I could have taken 20 more pics, but it started to feel petty. Lots of other small things that normally wouldn't bother me just compounded the bad experience like the fact there was a coffee machine in the room, but no coffee or tea, you have to go to the lodge and ask for it. You can't call, because there is no cell service and no landline in the Chalet or Tiny Home. No cupboards in the tiny home, where doors should be, there are sheets.
